It's almost time for the new year! The Chinese lunar new year, that is. And SCA will be celebrating once again at the Forbidden City Restaurant at 2273 Gunbarrel Road on Saturday, February 21, beginning at 11:30 AM. Join us!
This will be a buffet luncheon, and $20 will cover your meal, drink, tax, and tip. We ask that you have a $20 bill or a check made out to SCA for $20 when you come so that we can pay with one payment in order to expedite the process. There will be a couple of door prizes given.
We are inviting City Council chair Jenny Hill and Councilman Jeff Davis to join us. They both went to China in October for a Sister City summit, and we are asking them to speak about their experiences. They represented us well and have interesting stories to tell.
